  1. Change can be difficult because we are generally leaving the familiar behind and moving towards an unknown. We all have strength deep down and we can move forward and overcome out doubts and pain. Remember to breathe – always breathe and be kind to your self. Make your self- talk positive – don’t allow yourself to call yourself down. Know that you are one of a kind and that you have flexibility to weave and to duck out of the way of the negative by making yourself feel happy about one thing in your life. I have heard that when a person is feeling down that they can feel better by smiling. That is all, just smiling. It changes your physiology of the body. What amazing other things can we do to help ourselves?

    Any changes we make are scary…at first. If we have to make a change, we have to do it, even scared.
    Give everything some thought, and if it’s inevitable, make the leap, and believe the new things will be okay. Just do the best you can, and make the best of it.

  3. hi dawn i am happy to be your friend, and like me i need to make changes in my life, it took me this long after 29 years married to finally get the courage to say it’s over, i was living in this comfort zone for so long, i’m hoping 2013 will be the beginning of a new road.
